About the Role

The Print Shop is seeking a personable, goal-driven Salesperson to join our team. This role combines customer service, sales, and merchandising within our print shop, internet café, and clothing store. As the face of our brand, you’ll assist customers, recommend services, and drive sales across multiple offerings, ensuring an exceptional experience in a unique, multi-service environment.

Requirements

  • Matric Certificate: Must have completed Matric (Grade 12).

  • Basic Computer Knowledge: Comfortable with basic computer tasks for processing sales and managing transactions.

  • Sales or Customer Service Experience: Previous experience in retail, customer service, or sales is highly desirable.

  • Excellent Communication Skills: Friendly, approachable, and able to engage customers effectively.

  • Professional Presentation: Neat, presentable, and maintains a high standard of professionalism in all customer interactions.

  • Goal-Oriented: Self-motivated with a strong drive to meet and exceed sales targets.

  • Team Player: Willing to support other service areas as needed, fostering a collaborative environment.

Responsiblities

  • Customer Engagement: Welcome and assist customers, providing knowledgeable guidance across our services and products, including printing solutions, internet café offerings, and clothing selections.

  • Sales Achievement: Reach and exceed monthly sales targets through exceptional customer interactions and proactive recommendations.

  • Product Knowledge & Recommendations: Understand our diverse product and service lineup to offer personalized recommendations that meet each customer’s needs.

  • Sales Entry & Transactions: Accurately record sales, manage cash and card transactions, and handle end-of-day cash reconciliation.

  • Stock & Display Management: Help maintain organized and attractive displays, monitor stock levels, and support replenishment for a positive customer experience.
